- Calling windows, opt-outs and abandonment rates are not documentation problems. They are enforcement problems, and they belong in the code that places the call. Where our enforcement stops, we say so on the page rather than leaving you to discover it.
- Month-to-month, because the product should hold the customer
- No annual commitment, no seat minimum, and cancellation you can do yourself from inside the product. If we need a contract to keep you, we have not built the right thing.
