Every tier includes SMS segments and call minutes — 2,000 segments and 100 minutes on Starter, 8,000 and 500 on Growth, 25,000 and 2,000 on Scale. Past those, usage is metered at the same published rates on every tier, including call minutes at $0.20 per minute. Validation and DNC scrubbing are included rather than sold back to you per lookup.
