You cannot put a licensed producer on every inbound ping at every hour, and you should not want to — most of what arrives is not yet a quotable risk. Producers spend the first minutes of every lead establishing things a script could have established: line of business, state, current carrier, renewal date, whether the person on the form is the named insured.
Meanwhile the leads that came in at 8pm sit until morning, by which time another agency has already quoted them.
There is a hard line here we do not cross: Iris qualifies and books. It does not quote, it does not bind, and it does not give advice that requires a licence. It gathers what your producer needs and gets the appointment on the calendar.
